Thanks Ric for a great show on You Tube.I started BB in 1980. As you know this was the last year Arnold competed.So ironic! I still have my first 'Muscle & Fitness' magazine my father gave me as a young man.I won Mr.Illinois in 1989.I have been training hard and eating right ever since.This is a passion of mine and your videos are a inspiration.Your videos are bringing back so many memories I had from the 80s and 90s.Thank you, have a great New Year.PS:Always train hard and never look back!
