Well, Youtube ruined this video. It works best at 60fps.
View this video with a sunglass lens or something similar covering your RIGHT eye. It's three-dee. The darker your lens is, the more pronounced the effect will be, up to a certain point. Too dark and you don't get any effect. Get farther away from your monitor to enhance the effect.
This will work with 3D glasses meant for this effect, too, obviously.
This works because when one of your eyes receives less light, it takes longer for the image to be processed. When a horizontally moving (or rotating) picture is seen by one eye before the other, it's perceived as having depth.
