  • lol sorry about that post just ignore it. I was given a thumbs down by electobama08 for replying to your post.

Anyway, YES it was awesome seeing U2, I've actually seen them many times and they get better every time. I highly suggest doing so, they're coming in 2009! Yes go to onedotorg and check them out, there are a lot of petitions and things that can be signed to send to the candidates and others in congress. It's a great cause and it's worth it. Enjoy!

  • Oh thanks for the heads up about onedotorg! It must of been exciting to attend a U2 concert!! I am confused about the post below this???

  • oh dear god, get a grip MY FRIENDS do! I haven't watched any McCain rallies or Obama rallies (watched the conventions only) so I don't know what terms either of them use, do they use suck it? If you're English why don't you go back and vote for your prime minister I hear Gordon is a real bitch. Instead of wasting your money following your messiah around, GIVE it to charity!Oxfam has a double special this month if you give by the 30th. Oh wait you'd rather give it to a candidate who is rich nice.

  • I am English hence the reason I was at Hyde Park and Gleneagles and trust me "my friend" is not a term that is used in every day conversation!

  • please do.

  • I believe you started this exchange by questioning my activism in ecological, conservation and poverty issues. Because I choose to support a candidate who shares my views on those issues does not prevent me or anyone else from posting to this or any other site that is open to all if challenged by a ranting indivdual. And finally, I will pass on your best wishes to Barack when I attend my next rally.

  • She will probably put that bracelet on ebay

  • PS, the mantra of "my friend" comes from MY friends from England and Norway, they use that term all the time, it's a habit, I apologize for calling you names in the rant but I thought you were being a jerk to me and was calling you "my friend" not to be smart mouthed but just as a habit I suppose.

  • lol okay, first my kids don't come online second I'm an adult so I can use whatever language I want when someone is being a jerk to support their polical agenda. McCain is NO buddy of mine but his wife gives more to the poor and travels to war torn countries on her own dime for refugees so I wouldn't mind being a friend of hers...lastly, I'm a supporter of the one campaign not Palin, Obama, McCain or Biden (although I like him the best). Best of luck to you & your candidate.

  • Now I don't believe you after the expletive rant you went on in one of your posts. You obviously are not a parent (except maybe from the Palin school of child-rearing) because we just do not act that way online. I think you need to reveal who you really are. Oh and BTW you should not use the mantra of your buddy McCain by calling someone "my friend." As Phil Collins wrote, "your no friend of mine!"
