What kind of form cutters do you have for cutting softer foam for example like the ones used for bed matresses, cusions, car seats, etc. Are they any cheaper? Secondly do you have suppliers in India for these machines are you they sold worldwide from the US only.

Good questions. Generally speaking we recommend our hot wire cutters to be used with expanded polystyrene (EPS) or extruded polystyrene (XPS) foam because of the gases created when cutting and ventilation requirements. With that in mind I advise you to make ventilation a primary concern for cutting the type of foam you describe. We do have customers worldwide. Considering the design and construction quality it's not cheap for hobby uses, but for production equipment it's very reasonable ~ $20-50k US for CNC.
