  • it pop up because it wasn't done properly. the eggs and sugar should be beaten first and chocolate and butter melted and mixed with the egg mixture, then fold the flour and baking powder in. this will help to keep the cake light and wont pop up( if you use this method you can us little baking powder so there will be less risk of the cake popping up)
