An excellent film by Katrin Beckman, examining the subject of emigration and artistic innovation in socially difficult and economic trying times.
Synopsis: Berlin, 1933. While working on a huge light installation, Hungarian avant-garde artist László Moholy-Nagy, living happily with his wife and newborn daughter, is visited by legendary director Sergej Eisenstein. Eisenstein brings some bad news.
