The amount of unfunded pensions in the State and Federal governments is unsustainable. Many public employees and pensioners would rather wait and see if the system will collapse before demanding any actions to keep public pensions afloat.

I still can't comprehend how voters overlook this every year when they go to the voting booths... but that's what happens when people become dependent on the government for everything, and don't look at making their lives better.... just expect the government to give them everything. As long as they get their food stamps, unemployment, free education, free lunches at school, discounted energy bills, discounted housing...... right?
