I think blown-in cellulose would be much nicer as far as "assured" installation quality.

Trust me, it is NOT easy to notch, peel or slice the insulation around every wire and pipe in a house and takes a hell of a lot longer then 3-4 seconds. It would takes HOURS longer, and these builders/homeowners won't pay extra
