all those who, on the first Saturday of five consecutive months, shall confess, receive Holy Communion, recite five decades of the Rosary, and keep me company for fifteen minutes while meditating on the fifteen mysteries of the Rosary, with the intention of making reparation to Me."

...it states that "who, on the first Saturday of five consecutive months, shall confess, '" does she meant that every 1st friday of 5 months..we have to confess our sins?

Hi Chris, yes you must confess your sins if you choose to do the 5 first saturday devotions. I would go right before each saturday or soon there after.

indeedm the daughter of Muhammed. Perhaps it was named fatima back in the day when Islam was dominat in spain[hence spain's culture influences portugal alot] so maybe there is a connection there.
