Third Person Omniscient [ No Pov ]

The loud ringing from the school bell dismissed the half asleep group of students. Brandi got up quickly, shoving her book in her bag.

"Wait!" Justin quickly shouted, as he got up, bringing his bag with him.

Brandi looked back, then walked out the door, ignoring Justin's command.

Justin quickly ran out the door, hoping to find the girl that he met a few minutes ago. He scanned the overpopulated hallway, but couldn't seem to find the girl with the pretty brown hair. He stopped, and ran his fingers through his hair. He turned, feeling a light tap on his shoulder. He turned around, finding three girls, smiling widely.

"Hey there." Krissa smiled, showing off her whitened teeth. "You must be..Austin?" She shifted her weight onto her left leg, sticking out her skinny hip.

Justin furrowed his eyebrows. "It's Justin..actually."

"Oh, sorry. Seems that Jessica over here is stupid, not knowing people's own names." Krissa glared at Jessica, who was scoffing at her remark.

"It's ok..." Justin mumbled, staring at the loud students running across the hallways.

"Hey..you thinking about joining the football team? I'm head cheerleader, you know." Krissa wrapped her hand around his arm, trying to grab Justin's attention back.

"I was captain at my old school, so maybe I'll think about trying out. Sorry ladies, but I have to get to class." Justin moved Krissa's hand away, and started to walk down the hallway.

"Oh.. ok well, I guess I'll see you at lunch!" Krissa said a little too enthusiastically, with a frown sketched across her flawless face.

Brandi examined the math problem in her book carefully, tapping her pencil on her desk.

"Hey..Brandi?" Justin whispered, which made Brandi look up in shock.

"..Why are you still talking to me?" Brandi furrowed her eyebrows, making Justin frown.

"Because..-" Justin paused.

"I only do my own homework." Brandi spoke loud and clear.

"..What?" This time, Justin was confused.

"You probably thought, that since that I'm a complete dork, and no one likes me, that I should be really smart, and I can do your homework while you go have a make out session with Krissa..didn't you?" Brandi said, a hurt expression flew across her face.

"No." Justin chuckled. "Why, is it bad that I want to talk to you?"

Mrs. Channing screeched. "Justin, Brandi. This is math class, not socialize because you think Mrs. Channing can't here you- class."

Justin smiled, "Sorry."

Mrs. Channing softened up a bit, as if Justin had a secret magical power that can make people automatically like him. Brandi was thankful that it didn't work with her.

Brandi winced as the school dismissal bell rang obnoxiously in her ears. After picking up her stuff, she rushed to her locker, not wanting to run into anyone. She felt a quick tug on her shirt.

"I thought I told you that this is my hallway..skank." Krissa's eyebrow raised, giving Brandi a death stare.

"Krissa..please, I have an art show coming up and I need to get through. Plus, my locker is right here." Brandi shifted from her left foot to her right, staring at the ground.

"Oh..right, your locker is right here..." Krissa paused, then looked behind her. "Boys?"

Just then, two big football guys grabbed brandi's arms and shoved her into her locker, slamming the door shut.

"Are you kidding me?" Brandi squeaked out, pressing her fists on the locker door.

"I would have done it myself, but.." Krissa looked down. "I just got these new heels, and i didn't want to scuff them. Cute, ain't they?" She smiled, thanking one of the football players and kissing the other, as he grabbed her butt.

Brandi watched them walk away through the small slits on the top of the door. "Please, can anyone hear me?" Of course, no one can ever hear her.
