Indie pop band Honor Society (www.honorsocietymusic.com) successfully completed its recent 18-date Rock the Red Kettle Tour using Flowd, the music lover's social network, capping the tour as part of the 2nd Annual Universal City Walk fundraiser for the Salvation Army, on December 17th. The tour's 14 percent check-in rate using Flowd enabled fans to maintain real-time contact with the band. Honor Society rewarded the first 5 fans to check into each gig with meet-and-greets with the band at each of the tour's shows. The band also used Flowd as part of its social media outreach for its partnership with the Salvation Army, which included local appearances by Honor Society at collection stations along the tour.
