  • and here was me thinking it was about September 9th. 1513 and the "flo'ers o' the forest" who fell for King James 1V and Scotland.

  • The standard bearer is an Iraq war veteran and the flag is cast in remembrance of all fallen service men and women, some of whom were his comrades. They have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our freedom so to try and score politcal points on this post about invasions is insulting their memory. Please don't bother to respond on here, take your complaint to the politicians. If you don't like the union, vote against it, but remember who has fought for your right to democracy and freedom.

  • @colonelmunch The flag used to invade other nations you mean?

  • Jerk off, that's the flag the UK armed forces fight under. There's plenty of saltires at the casting.

  • Pity about the imperial flag, where was the saltire?

  • scottish more like

  • Thanks for this. Makes you proud to be BRISTISH.
