@TheAnimeStop Wrong on all the facts. The top 1% pay 25% of ALL taxes. Income tax is just one form of tax which the rich pay a higher percent of, that is why you are TOLD to focus on it instead of other forms of taxation. The 1% also own 42% of all wealth.
Taxes are at 60 year lows. America's corporations pay the second lowest corporate taxes in the developed world as % of GDP. The 35% corporate tax rate doesn't mean anything with all the deductions.

@MaudsPas Lol clearly you are a liberal as you do not know your facts. The tax is now the highest in history, which btw so is corporate tax which is also the highest in the world. The top 1% of Americans (earning incomes of more than 390k) are paying 40% of all income taxes in America. The bottom 50% of Americans which I'm sure is what you are, which also are filed with your welfare recipients are only paying 2.9% of all income taxes.

Fox is a joke. They wouldn't even let the poor lady talk without interrupting. The simple fact is that the income of the wealthiest 1%(of which YOU are not a part) have sky rocketed, their tax rate on the other hand is at its lowest point in 90 years. The free ride for the rich is over. TAX THE RICH

why didnt know why of 8 years of bush . Bush never reformed medicare , social security and the usa healthcare system. Where was the republicans in 2002 to 2008 to reforms these programs when they run the senate and congress

@Hoschi0913 You don't understand. She is talking about making the tax rate proportionate to your income. Right now the top already pay less as a percentage. In other words, your argument would only make sense if I was already paying a lower rate than a homeless guy.
