Water Supply Part 1

Water Supply explores the tension on the Colorado River system between water supply for a growing Front Range through transmountain diversions and the legal demands to let a certain amount of water flow downstream to satisfy the Colorado River Compact. Its like being in the middle of a rubber band, says Colorado River District General Manager Eric Kuhn, who is interviewed in the video.
