Easy made mount for focuslight on housings or photo/video rigs. "Flexible coolant hose" are from a broken Black & Decker Snakelight but they can be found online. One piece of tubing is superglued to the housing.
Fiber optic bend is not usable at all for diving so skip it. If you want a Mitylite go for the LED version. If using it for a focuslight get a better/stronger light like the Fantasea Nano, Aquamir or Mangrove (same light diff makers) which are cheap compared to even better ones like the Sola or Big blue.
Your PELI MityLite is not Nemo, is it still suitable to use it for diving?
I notice PELI MityLite 1900 come with the Fibreoptic Bend you mention but PELI MityLite 1900 Nemo is not come with it.
Need to decide which one to buy ...

Its a fiberoptic bend to alter the light angle, not necessary as it also dims it. It came with the Peli torch.
