@tbowlin2010 You may not have the right version of the game, I've got another glitch up that'll tell you how to find out if you have V1 or V2. This only works with V1, I believe.

Well, if I recall correctly, I didn't have it unlocked in this video, but I reached it from below.

However, you're supposed to access it by collecting all 150 stars, 120 in the N64 game.
