yes but, cutlers arms shoulders and back were far from Ruhl's.....its about the overall package, and my personal view is that Ruhl was overlooked compared to many of the lesser quality american big names.

Everybody Loves Ruhl, Because he is a funny guy and a mass freak. Not much in terms of proportion :( and his tri's are abit flat compared to the rest of his body.. :(.. retired now!

Ruhl is one of the most overlooked IFBB pros of the modern age, he should have won so much more with his physique and conditioning. A quality build and knows how to show it. For me he easily beat Coleman & Cutler many times and wasnt recognised for what he had!
