I don't really get why so many people hate it. I've heard people saying that Stephen Chow's losing his touch and whatnot, and how the movie isn't all that great because it's not funny enough etc. Personally, I thought this movie was brilliant. I don't think that they were simply just trying to grab for our sympathy to sell, I really believed that this movie had meaning. I'm sure a lot of people can relate to it, even though not many of us have a 七仔 or live in a shack near a dump.
