  • Cool! Used to sleepover at friends and play through the night, tho we had to cover up the leds and pretend to be asleep when parents came in lol!!

  • game emotions? 1987 + atari 800xl + casette tapes yea! :)

  • Classic! Took me right back to completing this when I was 9 on my 800XL. I was almost asleep when for some odd reason Gauntlet popped into my head, I had completely forgotten about Goonies lol. Now to trawl YT for the 50 or so other tapes and floppy disks I had :) .. hmm I wonder if Conan is on here ...

  • Had it for the c-64. Damn last level was buggy and couldn't finish it! Love the game, though.

  • Dear Lord... the good old Gaming Era. when games were made in BASIC, and programming was still a nascent pastime that would become a humongous industry. I still remember playing this one on my old 800XL, and darn proud of having one of the very first floppy disk versions! And playing it long into the night, trying to beat my own score... good days, good days.

I know it's a little presumptuous of me, but could you make a long play of an old Lucasarts game called The Eidolon? Thanks

  • @NotQuarex Somehow all those random sounds just burn themselves into our memories :D

  • they made this game more after the movie then what the nes system made it

  • I never played it as i was too small for this kind of difficulty. Well done.

  • My version used to have slightly different music...really weird. I used to play this game to death. I remember I used to get really cocky and use the fat kid to be the one who prints the papers and has to make the run at the end....good memories :)

  • Sometimes the sound the money-printing machine makes pops into my head at random. Thanks, game.
