That's amazing, congratulations!

@jswizzle02 Well, the thing about this video is I highly doubt she was born deaf like the title/description implies, unless she has very mild hearing loss. Either way she speaks extremely well for a deaf person; it's my guess that she was born hearing but became deaf later in life. Also, majority of deaf people actually have residual hearing so she could have be able to hear certain decibel ranges.

@tibbysd Truth is that there are different levels of deafness: Mild, Moderate, Moderately Severe, Severe, and Profound. It depends on what range of decibels an individual can hear. She may be mildly deaf which would mean she could still hear loud noises, but still is technically deaf.
-
@jswizzle02 Actually yes. She understands the intensity in increased volume. Some people who are legally "deaf" can still hear certain pitched noises. What do you think a hearing aid is, it's a higher frequency, and/or pitch.
So of course she knows what loud is.

@kratos4evr lol such a dumbass... so because you know the definition of what something tastes like, you then know instantly that's what it tastes like? are u kidding me??
Those small things we don't even think about - makes such a difference for others.

@Rankor She's hot! I would marry her. Who cares if she can't hear. If you love someone you learn to love all the things about them. Her being deaf is about as inconsequential as her pronouncing words wrong. It's just quirky things you learn about people. It's moot though since she's not deaf anymore
