    Awesome show of athleticism. As a powerlifter I'll be the first person to call crossfit girly as far as strength sports goes, but it has done a great deal of good for our community providing a non-threatening way for people to get in as well as showing women everywhere that lifting weights doesn't make you manly, it makes you gorgeous.

    The goal in this CrossFit exercise is to to perform as many repetitions as possible in a fixed time, or a set (large) number of repetitions in minimum time, moving from the fully stretched arms position hanging directly below the rings, to fully stretched arms supporting the body above the rings. Everything in between is Kosher. All this bickering about whether it is or it isn't muscle-up is an intellectual wank. Who gives a rats? Just do it.
