Elia e-Commerce & Development incubated @ PICTI held a seminar during the Expotech Technology Week 2010 entitled Online Marketing and e-Commerce. The seminar comes within the endeavors Elia is giving towards promoting its Palmall and its concept.

Mr. Amer Sultan from Elia started the seminar by welcoming the guest and attendance and stressing on the need of online marketing in Palestine while creating the laws that guard such an industry. The topics of the seminar were as follows:
