Governor Quinn continues disgraced Former Governor Rod Blagojevich's legacy by reclassifying homecare workers to allow for coercive unionization. Now parents caring for children with special needs have to fight off aggressive union organizers to ensure they can't be forced to join Big Labor's ranks.
