  • Lately i been doing 300 to 400 crunches a day if not more. Is that enough or should i do more?

  • @Se7enBeatleofDoom For tight, toned abs I would focus more on full-body exercises that work out the abs and use ab crunches, bicycle crunches, etc as secondary exercises that are really good at strengthening your abdominals. 300 to 400 crunches a day are too many. Check out my "Complete Abdominal Exercise Workout" article at my website under Exercise and Workouts link for an abdominal workout that can be done in 10 - 12 minutes per workout 3 times per week. Combine it with full body exercises.

  • Same as guys... Full body workouts that use lots of muscle groups and a good diet. 300 cal deficiet per day. no more.

    It is easier for guys to lose weight cuz we have testosterone but you girls can still do it too!
