Well samantha was killed by her dog called fluffily because the turned into a hellhounds and the was having babys and dr max died to but you know that telepoter in der rise in the start samanthas soul got fused with a zombie and I think Samantha controls the zombies and wants to kill dr richtofon or what ever it's name is but when the hellhounds was made the guy closed the gate and dr max died

@oGIZMO95o And you may not know, the dog (Fluffy) was pregnant when she got in the test chamber, that explains why there are more Hell Hounds. I don't know how the other zombies came. Richtofen might has something to do with this.

@oGIZMO95o Wrong, Samantha loved her dog and as soon as she saw her dog as an test subject (The dog was already become an Hell hound...) She ran in the Test Chamber. Dr. Maxis knew that the dog was very dangerous and he didn't want his daughter to get killed. So he chased her in the test chamber. When they were both in the chamber Richtofen closed the door of the Test chamber. Why he did this, i'm not sure. Maybe your story tells it a bit. There is an video with an audio recording of this event.
