4-26-08 During closed beta of City of Heroes Issue 12: Midnight Hour, Ms Liberty wasn't doing the statuesque "Arms Folded" loop and instead busted out the boombox. This is important because 1) The developers might actually make things happen when a player levels up. 2) They might actually *do* somthing during invasion events 3) The developers just wanted to mess with us.
I wanted to wait for the NDA to be lifted (Was still in closed Beta testing phase II at the time & forgot about it until now)
