I love Raw Food for the Real World and Living Raw Food; it blew me away the first time I ever saw the former, because I had no idea such an energizing way of eating existed. Anyone who doesn't eat at least some raw food is bound to be SAD (;)). Can anyone tell me what the song playing in the background is?

The food at that restaurant is sooooo good. You would not believe that they don't use dairy or that they don't cook anything. It's absolutely delicious.

raw food is obviously the food our genes our adapted to the best. But not every raw food diet is healthy, check out the 80 10 10 diet by douglas graham, we need to eat more simple carbohydrates from fresh raw organic ripe SWEET fruits

I love the book!!! This is what has made going raw so easy for me. The recipes are amazing. I have had the book for 3 years and STILL use it. I only wish I was in NY to check out the restaurant!
