I think his final smash should have a speach bubble come up like resseti's and he should yell PAY YOUR RENT!!! And send everyone flying.

I personally prefer Balloon Fighter, but I have some ideas: What about you can use the Fishing Rod to grap opponents (Z) or grab items on a distance like Final Destination (Up-B)?

I like the ideas, my idea for his moveset is very similar. But this is what i had in mind. He can use the net for his grabs. Its more useful as a grab since it gives him more range to catch a foe with a grab attack. I would switch his Side B to use Axe. Works the same way as Kirbys Side B. And for replacement for his Standard B, he can use his Slingshot. Works the same way as Pit's Standard B. Everything else is perfect for him. Good.
