  • oh no not another one going natural. Sigh your hair seemed perfectly fine what was the reason for your decision?

  • @whitemenaresexy I'm not natural, I'm texlaxed. I still relax my hair but its not bone straight. I like it. It's less damaging and more versatile. I wanted something not as harsh to put in my hair to make it manageable.

  • go back to the Brazilian Keratin! You don't have to go to a salon, order a kit off of ebay, there are so many ways to put keratin back in your hair, there are deep conditioning treatments, intensive treatments etc. but thats probably why your hair is short now! :(

i'm sad, hope it grows back soon honey!

  • @MyOrangeSS lol

  • Amabel you can do this! Your hair is beautiful. And I truly believe that you will love it. I can't speak about this 'transition' you are taking on, since I went completely faded (lol). But as a big chopper-to-the-scalp, I can honestly say I loved it. So...best of luck with it. I'm excited to see how it goes.

  • @MyOrangeSS And of course you would be in it w/ her

  • @whitemenaresexy Epidemic or not, It's a good thing so many black women are feeling confident to rock their own natural textures. Why should they be ridiculed for being themselves? can you honestly say a youtube filled with black women who relax is good? i'm sorry, but relaxers are a form of self hatred and underlying insecurities admit it or not. I don't buy the "it's hard to manage" because i have been relaxed for the past 3 years and it was way worse to look after than my natural, thick hair.

  • Yes you cut a whole lot of hair! Have fun with your palettte. Love those earrings! I'm giving this video the thumbs up because I know your haters are on the prowl as usual.

  • @whitemenaresexy, lol I totally see where you're coming from. It actually is quite a task to maintain your natural hair. I'm natural as well (my reason is because my hair was so unhealthy and damaged from getting too many relaxers that I had to start over) and I'd been wanting to have my natural hair for awhile anyway. But I do agree; it has to be because you want it, not because everyone else is doing it because it's extremely hard work and you'll wind up giving up.

  • @KeepinItReal0247 I know going natural is not a bad thing. It just seems everyone on youtube is going natural now. It's fine except it just seems like an epidemic rather than health, or texture reasons. The girls that choose to stay relaxed won't have anymore girls to look up to soon. Also I think that natural girls on youtube make it look so easy an appealing to everyone but they hardly mention how hard it is. Like how detangling becomes a mutherblubba and time consuming etc..

  • Hey Amabel welcome back, I like the new hair. I hope you had a nice thanksgiving. Did you have to cook a dish?

  • yay you're back! can't wait for more videos :)
