ColumbiaCare Stacy Beaumont and Oregon DHS Len Ray reply to questions about transparency and public notification regarding housing forensic patients from the OR State Hospital in residential neighborhoods. Misinformation is again passed on and no one will claim responsibility. The State and the contractors they choose hide behind the FFHA laws.

  • This should be used as a case study in schools of how not to react to the public. Every aspect of the presentation is so flawed. Congrat's bob nikkel, he is your man!

  • from Sacremento Bee:

Since then, Alta's director of adolescent and adult services, Len Peavy, has announced he would resign at the end of this month. directed by the state to remedy an antagonistic relationship with its clients and vendors.

  • Well, just do a Yahoo Search under "Len Peavy" and you have a resume to pick and choose from regarding 1) union problems; 2) state and federal regulatory oversight and financial problems with previous agencies where there was a leadership role, and the list goes on.

  • I like to watch it at 5:40-5:50...he looks so mad...like he is going to punch.

  • what's facinating it to turn off the sound when Len starts speaking, and look at the non verbal cues. Hostile.

  • Len Ray, the guy talking mostly in this video, is a total fuck. He clearly is not ready for prime time.

  • Many people have left the state addiction and mental health division in the past year who have years of housing and community development. They left because of what you can observe in this video, is how they were treated in the office. I would trust nothing in the area of community safety because of the lack of expertise at the state and local level.
