SANSA MEDIA CONVERTER

first go to sansa website then on the left side click driver download wizard example PRODUCT NAME: sansa fuze, PRODUCT TYPE: sansa, OS: windows vista after that DL the sansa updater then plug your sansa to your computer a system updater will appear if it does not appear click it on your computer (all programs>sansa>sansa updater) after that download the latest firmware available then download the sansa media converter (SMC) IMPORTANT NOTE ON MY NEXT COMMENT MUST READ

the thing is, i used Realplayer to download a music video off of Youtube,

and then i try to convert it into my Sansa Fuze with the Sansa Media Converter, and it won't work...it says that it doesnt support the file or something,

and also, i used Realplayer to try to convert the music video and it still won't work

i saw some other tutorials to convert Youtube videos to Sansa, but you have to download all this other software...

help anyone? D:
