Supraliminal Affirmations for Positive Thinking

These are daily affirmations for staying positive and creating the life you want to live. You will hear the affirmations once before my voice fades into the music. The affirmations are then repeated an additional ten times as a supraliminal message. Because I am speaking to you, the affirmations are stated in the second person, using the word "you" as in "you can do whatever you put your mind to doing". I decided to write and speak the affirmations as they are read on the recording, so that you have the benefit of knowing the exact words and sounds that your subconscious mind hears. Because most people who listen to supraliminal recordings listen passively and play them while doing other things, this is the best method.

If you choose to listen actively, and repeat the affirmations to yourself, I've posted the following are the self-affirmations for this recording . You will also find these on the video after my voice fades into the background.

I recognize the power of my thoughts.
From this moment forward, I focus on the positive in myself, in other people and the world around me.
You choose to feed your conscious mind with positive, inspiring words.
I reject any and all thoughts and suggestions that are detrimental to my health, my wealth, and my happiness.
Whenever I catch myself thinking a negative thought, I immediately counter it with a positive thought.
I choose to have a positive mindset from this moment forward.
