Ah! sorry for that :) I thought since you were commenting on this video, you must be an Indonesian hehe my mistake

I have quite a few of mousse cake recipes, which use sponge cake or joconde cake as the base, but I gotta translate them first to English and that could take awhile haha

Have you considered of Pavlova or meringue nest? Easy to make, pretty with colorful fruits, and extra yummy with whipped cream

You can also consider trifle or cheesecake

or ZUCOTTO, very very good :))

I take it you are Indonesian? You can surprise her with Lapis Surabaya (Lapis Mandarin) along with the cliche yet wonderful things such as flower, card, hugs and kisses :)

Lapis Surabaya requires patience in making and great to accompany tea, coffee, hot chocolate either for morning, afternoon or evening time :) She'd love Lapis Surabaya I'm sure.

@GessyLenz : ty for the suggestion, but its actually for a website where the step by step pictures are uploaded one by one; so instead taking pictures and also making video when there is only 1 camera, its much easier to organize the pictures as a video ;)
