This is footage from the movie "Meetings With Remarkable Men". It is based on a book bearing the same title and is written by George I. Gurdjieff. The book is Gurdjieff's own account of the people that bore influence on him during his upbringing and beyond. The book is, in fact, the second of a trilogy which is preceded by "Beelzebub's Tales To His Grandson" and succeeded by "Life Is Real Only Then, When 'I Am'".
As for the excerpt, it depicts the Brotherhood Sarmoung, an eastern esoteric school that Gurdjieff sacrificed his time and effort in order to find in his quest for the truth.

Gurdjieff, Gurdjieff met with the Naqshbandi Sufi Muslims and they directed him to this location in Afghanistan.
This location is in the Pagman mountains at Konje Zaagh; meaning Ravins Corner. My dad had a summer house in the close vasinity to this Tariqah. As a child I often got on the roof of the house and listened to their chants "Zikr".
In this place reside the Ghawth and at times the Qutb.
