Good video. Simple and informative. Just what I was looking for! But next time try putting down your cam/phone on a desk or something! :) And yea like others mentioned refreshing choice of background music! :)

what is the best block size?
-
@colinprprpr yes but from my understanding storage space will be reduced to 2 x 512 gb, also the slow drive will dictact speed so its a no brainer, save some cash and get two identical drives,
-
@colinprprpr Yes, you can partition it as you like. These 500 gb drives were partititioned into 2* 250 across C: and D:

i have the ASUS z68 MB running 8 gig ram, 2 x ssc running in raid 0, i5 processor. Start up time just under 10 seconds. bin the drives mate go SSC.

Thanks for the info. This was the only vid that came up with this comparison. I found it interesting. SSDs are too much for too little IMO. It's nice to know Raid0 is a fast alt... Oh and the music is quit soothing while sitting here ...watching windows load...

Nice video. Are these bios's limited to the P67 boards, or could someone with a crosshair IV run it. If you don't know well then it's alright :)
