@carrot708 Well then its an insult to intelligence since the nativity is told 2 completely different ways depending on which gospel you read. Both are historically innacurate, and happen during contradictory times, both claims are nothing but nonsensical stories used to promote divinity and fulfill prophecies (several of which are mistranslations of hebrew to greek). But even if i grant that jesus was born to a virgin and i ignored the contradictions, how does it prove jesus was the son of god?

If you still think america was founded on christian values, and all those people who are not christian should be called un-American then it is your prevailing bias against human free will and the freedoms granted by the constitution.

unfortunately America IS a christian nation. 80% of the people are Christians, most if not every political figure is a fundamentalist / creationist Christian, and as wee have seen here, the MEDIA is bias.
