I have anxiety and I find really difficult to let the images flow.. is there any exercises or techniques for get rid of this problem?

Hello

Could you try practicing deep breathing where you inhale and exhale for no less than 10 seconds each. Let your breathing fill your stomach rather than just your lungs.

Could you let me know if that helps things at all?

If anyone has attempted the phasing technique I discussed towards the end, I'd enjoy hearing feedback from you. This way I can focus explaining the method in a clearer way according to that feedback in the future.

Thanks for your comment. I'll try to make the correlation between consciousness and projection more coherent in future works.

If you have a specific issue with a hypothesis I have put forward I'll address it in a follow up. Unfortinantly a 10 minute time limit really does cap what can be explored with such issues.

Also, my vids are usually impromptu, never autocued.

@MRbombonel yes Demons will get you. I did it once and the second I was in the astral world a bunch of demons came and grabbed me then held me down and forced me to listen to Justin Bieber songs.

when the vibrations start I'm scared shitless, and I have a sensation that my eyes move sideways or behind me like I'm not seeing with my physical eyes anymore... and I'm paralyzed. What do I do to get rid of the fear? will any demon get me? LOL

@alexd181 alex...got scared to that do i have that too, i might..i went travel without thinking...and sometimes in a short nap, i dream and i didn't mean it...i went travel to july 15, 2015, and so year july 27, 1865...year 1000...i always do ask some people in my dreams, to configure the date and so when i'm into that i always looking find a calendar, a woman approaches me, she knows i came from the present times she hold my hand and ask me to leave

probably not even his material. You can tell and (look at his eyes)see he is obviously reading all of this. if it was his own material...he could read it with a better flow. He is halting in his speech. people only do that when reading UNfamiliar or non personal works. His eyes never leave what he is reading!

Be careful who you listen to. Hypnosis is not a toy. a very powerful tool. I do not get a good feeling from this guy. Just my 2 cents.
