  • are vitamins a good idea? I'm not talking about the stuff in ur food but actual capsules/pills vitamins. I am starting to take omega 3 vitamins to help my hair grow faster since I cut it too short. is this a good idea or should I be getting these nutrients through strictly food and fish?

  • @DaNcEx3JoNaS Vitamins (pills) are a good way to make sure you are getting adequate amounts of those nutrients if you do not in your diet. Since most people do not get as many fruits and vegetables every day as they should they are a very good idea. There is only a little difference in getting omega 3 from a food source vs capsule so if you are not able to get it from food a capsule is definitely a good idea!

  • @lottielouisey Hey! At home, pick a day where you can clear out all junk food from your house and stock up on healthy foods. I mention some snacks I like along with some help with eating out in my summer fit tips video but after watching that if you still want more ideas I can definitely help! I show you how to make a basic smoothie in one of my videos and you can switch out different fruit. As for your hair I will send you some advice through message! :)

  • I'm a swimmer. It ruins my hair and it doesn't look that healthy. Also, I find swimming takes up a lot of energy. I try to eat healthy but find myself not. Any healthy, quick snacks or different flavoured smoothies that you can help me with? And how can I help my hair? :) thanks. Your great.
