Hello my name is Luis
This is my 4th grade project for Early California Missions. It is Mission San Antonio De Padua. My parents helped me build it. We used alot of different items that we already had at the house or my parents work place. We reused items that were going to be recycled. We used foam white board for the structure and the base. We used cardboard for the roof. We used green scrubbing sponges for the grass. Toothpicks and popsicle sticks were used for the cross and fencing by the mission bells. We cut out archs openings for the doors and placed black construction paper on the inside. We used paint and color pencils to draw the bricks. We sprayed adhesive glue on the base and spread sand ontop and repeated the process. We went to Michaels and bought the fountain, indian and priest figurines, mission bells, trees and paint. We used coupons which we printed online. We got most of our ideas online by googling and checking images. This was very challenging and fun. Thank you. Please comment.
