I have watched the last two episodes of season 4 with damon and carlton's commentary, on the DVD over and over for well over a year, being the nerdy dude that I am!

I spent most of that time laughing at their jokes and, just funny comments! ("Why are you telling me this? Because I don't want you to get a cavity!" - 'Damon'.

My dad tried to get me hooked on it when It first came out and I was like 10 (I think). I'd say 15 perfectly fine to watch Lost, because if it isn't than it should be ILLEGAL for ME to watch it. xP

xP Don't be mad. I'm 13, and I watch Lost like my life depends on it. Kate's err- 'sex life' is a pretty big topic on Lost, so it's normal to be discussing it, just like any other subject. Though I would be a bit worried if ANYONE (not just underage teens) blurted something randomly about a character's 'sex life'. You obviously did not and have a legitimate reason, so there's no reason you CAN'T or SHOULDN'T discuss it. ;D
