Newroz (2010)

Wandering around a deserted natural pool, Serbez, a Kurdish boy tells us about his youth and native country. Since his arrival in the Netherlands he became more reserved. More and more he came to miss the free mind he used to have as a child. Newroz is a short movie concerning isolation, loneliness and nostalgia. A story about starting all over again, a new beginning. About facing a fear to do so.
