  • Just placed my order and decided to try 30-15 (more like 15-5 for me if I'm lucky based on my Chest & Back numbers, but I'm a girl). I also got Plyo Legs, Bun Shaper, Recovery 4 Results, Medicine Ball Core Cardio, and Patience "Hummingbird" from volume 2, so I'll see how it goes.

  • @graffititigger You will not be disappointed, good choices there!

  • This routine is an absolute monster. I was sore for a week the first time I did it. Still have a ways to go on the levers. Thanks for the review.

  • @graffititigger hahaha, don't be afraid of it! If you have done Chest and Back before, then this one is possible. You just might not be able to do 30 reps of every pushup and 15 reps of every pullup. But you have those numbers to work towards. It is a very tough workout, but not impossible. This is one of my favorites BECAUSE it is so tough! Let me know if you have any other questions!
