This Small Twin Engine Piper Approaches Too Fast & Overshoots The Landing In St. Barths [TFFJ]. He Continued The Landing & Couldn't Stop In Time, Overruns & Crashes In The Sand.. No One Appears To Be Seriously Injured.. What An Idiot.

You really can't say "idiot"... Someone who has put so many hours into flying and just this airport can be a disaster. It is a difficult approach and I agree he should have gone around but no way he is an idiot. Respect for all fellow pilots

@PilotCJensen Touching down before the first 30% of runway...not the last 30%. Only an idiot confuses that. Any student pilot would have said "oh crap" halfway down the runway and would have done a go-around.

I believe he isn't an idiot but I think the fact that he is a pilot might have gone to his head and he thought he was a better pilot than he was.
