Marcus Lutrell looks so removed, I bet his life is so difficult. Bellavia is a great voice for these guys his book "House to House an epic memoir of war" is incredible.

Schuler can't speak Arabic is what I've been told.
That he doesn't play well with others, that the bin Laden desk was formed against the Agency's wishes, so they was used as a dumping ground for not only Schuler, but other misfits.

Read "Marching Toward Hell" by Michael Scheuer, 20-year CIA analyst who studied Osama bin Laden for 4 years. He says SSgt Bellavia is wrong when he says "Our American way of life is what our enemy wants to kill us for." Scheuer: "Islamic militants are attacking America because of what it does in the Islamic world, not because of the way Americans think." Our enemy is "motivated by ... hatred for the impact of US foreign policy in the Muslim world." The rest is popular myth.
