About 10 months in, Phase 1 is just about complete. Once the texturing and painting is complete. The riser can get built in the theater, the carpet and video equipment can be installed, and then the theater seats can finally be moved from the garage to their rightful home. (Almost a full year later.)

Phase 2 will be to build the bar area, close off the utility area, complete the bathroom, and build the bedroom.
