sorry, meant to say $400k isn't bad at all.. where is that at? All I know is that I'll take Denver Co. for example. I was visiting and found a 5 bedroom, 2 story NIIICE house in a NIICE neiborhood for like $325k. That's what i'm talkin about

I'm lookin' at almost everywhere else in the country except here. I currently live in Los Altos and have lived here in the bay area for over 8 years but am going to move because I want to eventually buy a house and the prices are ridiculous here. I've lived other places and don't get me wrong, the Bay Area is really cool but unless you make a ton of money, it's not worth it. There are plenty of other areas in the country that are really nice and don't cost half as much to live400k isn't bad

that area of the beach in the beginning was exactly where i was, and we built a wall and made a little pond and caught this burying creatures and some baby shrimp.

Because it's awesome. And what kind of real estate are you looking at? My sister's house is a 4 bedroom for 400K, and it's a pretty decent size..
