The KTM XC ATV 525 is a Sport Style ATV equipped with an 510.4cc, Liquid Cooled, Single-Cylinder, SOHC, 4-Stroke Engine and a Manual Transmission. It has a 4X2 driveline. The XC ATV 525 has a Double A-Arm Front Suspension with 10.2 inches of travel while the Swing Arm Rear Suspension has 10.4 inches of travel. To enhance this race-ready machine, we developed a Sport Series slip on system that will get 7% more horse power over stock while the Full System gets 16% more horse power. For cross country riders, we were able to increase the bottom end torque with the Ballance Pro Series and the TRM installed.

  • are these good for racing because im starting gncc and i want something fast but everybody has a trx or a yfz are these any faster, they have to be with a 510cc but ive never ridden one

  • @prostreetrocks The KTM is a good quad, but it doesn't have the reputation of the Hondas and Yamahas. It's all in your personal preference and what you're looking to do. KTM's are great on the trails and the motors are excellent. With aftermarket mods, you can soup this thing up and make it race ready and be competitive

  • @HMFengineering why dont you have a full system for the outlaw 450 mxr you make a slip on? i love your exhaust's systems but come if you make a slip on for a bike you better back it up with your header. only header i can find is from big gun and there systems suck cock. so please make a header for the 2010 outlaw 450 MXR....... thank you

  • @SuperRaptormaster We don’t make a head pipe for the Outlaw because the factory head pipe works extremely well. We choose not to produce one because you won’t feel any difference in power.

  • is it louder than the stock pipe ??

  • @ianiter Yes. The Performance Series is going to put you anywhere from 99dB-102dB, depending on your setup. Stock is typically 92-94dB. Our Competition Series however comes with 3 inserts, giving you 3 sound levels. Stage 1 with the Competition Series puts you near stock sound levels and you still see a power increase. • I posted a response to this video of my KTM with the HMF sport series slip on if anyones interested. My slip-on doesn't have a quiet core

  • it backfires cuz it not jetted right. its the stupid united states law the restrict the emissions on it. plus its a racing quad so it does that alot due the the jettting and it has to be jetted to right height. i own one i gotta get it done on mine. its like 150 bucks to do makes it run smoother. great bike tho. but i needs the jetting. cuz its got a late reaction on the throttle sometimes if you punch on the gas.
