TEPPER RECEIVED A STAGGERING 57 PRIOR INTERNAL AFFAIRS COMPLAINTS, ALL OF WHICH WERE CRIMINALLY COVERED UP BY HIS SCUMBAG DEPARTMENT. TEPPER SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED YEARS AGO, BEFORE HE COULD CLAIM MORE VICTIMS. PIG TEPPER IS NOW ON TRIAL FOR THE MURDER, BUT SCUMBAG PROSECUTORS AND THE JUDGE ARE DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GAIN HIS ACQUITTAL.

I live in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada and this made me cry. Its horrible what happened and my thoughts and prayers are with all the families that lost loved ones and to the ones that lost their lives. may you rest in peace.
