no you dont.  I know plenty of people with under 1000 subcriberss who got a partnership. Econcat88 and djgrooveline and plenty of others who were talking about the economy and stuff had under 1000 subs at the time they got the partnership. To get a partnership you just need steady amount of videos and views that gets probably a few hundred or something each video.

You and I both became homeless around the same time. I'm on the other coast and mine seems to be a bit more volitional, but I look forward to watching more of your videos. And you have a lot going for you... you have a winning smile, kind eyes, a heart that is willing to question, and a mind open to the possibilities. Keep it up.
