Peter Capaldi is the 1983 movie 'Local Hero' which is my all time favourite movie. He was also in the second season of Skins.

Nah, you shouldn't be able to get it. The BBC has a commercial arm for selling stuff around the world, but BBC4 is for licence-paying Brits only!
However, you could just watch stuff on here, like I have to! Here's something worth a look, another sitcom by the same people who did In The Loop: search for "getting on" "jo brand" and watch the first one that comes up. They only made THREE episodes. Gah!

Steve Coogan is his name? He was hilarious. One of the best characters in the movie, I think. Just the all around timing of everything was great in this.
I'll have to hunt for BBC4 now. You'd think in the 375+ channels I have with extended basic cable that would be one of them. Now that FotC isn't coming back, though, I no longer need the extended. :-/

Yes! You should most definitely watch it. They make a bugsy malone reference in it with how washington is run by kids with real guns, and it's a definite theme.

Hahaha. So many have said that! He is a sweetheart and cuddly. I guess I could see the seth rogenish quality in that they have similar...hair patterns.
